Meta methodology
What's counted
One population per set: every canonical tournament deck from public tournament results.
Tiers (ranked by meta-share)
Archetypes are ranked by their share of the population, not by performance: S ≥ 10%, A 5–10%, B 2–5%, otherwise Fringe. Unlabeled/unclassified decks fall into an Other bucket that counts toward the sample but gets no tier row.
Sample size & the n-floor
Every view shows its sample size n. Below 30 decks for a set we withhold the tier list and show an insufficient-data notice instead (the underlying values are still computed).
Performance, shown alongside
We show average placing, 1st-place count, top-8 count, and top-cut share (an archetype's % of the set's top-8 decks). We deliberately do not publish a “conversion %”: the corpus skews to top finishers and has no reliable total-entries denominator, so a conversion rate would be misleading.
Attribution
Every imported deck is attributed to its source tournament. Price-to-build multiplies each card's count by its latest market price (cheapest print).
